To ensure our pub is as safe as possible, there are some new systems and ways of working in place. Prior to opening, the team carried out risk assessments and continue to follow government guidance. Cleaning schedules have been increased throughout the pub and our hotel rooms where all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly between guests and ventilated throughout the day.
We have provided plenty of hand santiser stations around the pub, please use these as many times as you like, especially on arrival.
All members of our team will now be wearing face masks. You will be greeted at the door when you arrive to explain the changes to you and help you get settled at your table.
Where possible, a one-way system has been designed to navigate through the pub so that social distancing measured can be adhered to. There are signs throughout the pub however please do not hesitate to ask a member of the team if you are unsure.
We are asking our guests to please respect social distancing and remain at your table. To help with this, we have a new web-based app for you to order your food and drinks from, meaning that you really can sit back and relax at your table without waiting at the bar. This also minimises how often our team are required to walk past yourself and other guests. When not seated, all guests are required to wear a face mask.
You will find our ‘How to Order’ guides throughout the pub. Should you prefer to order from one of the team, please let them know as we are happy to be flexible based on what makes your time with us as comfortable and reassuring as possible.
Doors may be propped open to improve airflow throughout the pub and reduce contact for everyone.
All bookings will be taken in accordance with the current government guidelines. Please leave the tables and chairs as you found them as they have been spaced to create a 1m+ distance between both guests and staff. If you would like to request additional chairs, please speak to a member of the team and they will be happy to help if possible.
Please use contactless or online payment via the app where possible to minimise the handling of cash.
Please have your smart phone ready on arrival to scan the QR code for Track and Trace using the NHS COVID-19 app.
